Each walk takes place in your neighborhood (or yard!) where they feel most comfortable. Dog Walks with us are customized to your dog's energy level and exercise needs and include play & cuddle time, poop pick-up, water & food bowl refresh (as needed) and administering medication (injections may be given if requested).

What length of walk should I choose for my pup?
Purrs and Grrrs strives to customize each dog walk based on the needs of your dog. If you have a senior dog or a low-energy dog, a 30-minute dog walk might be the right fit. If you have a puppy or high-energy large dog, a longer walk like 45 or 60 minutes will probably be more beneficial, both for your dog AND you, especially when you get home to a tired pup after work!

Important Policies You Should Know About
Cancellation Policy: We know plans change sometimes, and that's ok! We do; however, require at least a 24-hour notice to cancel any requested visits in order to receive a full credit applied to a future service(s). Appointments canceled with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged the full visit amount.
Rush Fee: Same-Day requests happen - we totally get it! As a family-run business, we schedule our personal appointments around our Purrs & Grrrs family and we make every attempt to accommodate any last minute pet care needs that come up. Service Requests submitted with less than a 24-hour notice from the requested visit date/time are subject to our $7 Rush Fee.
Holiday Fee: $10 per day (not per visit). Our non-refundable Holiday Fee is applied for services performed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.
