1. Do you offer boarding?
We don't offer pet boarding; however, we do offer in-your-home pet-sitting services. We believe in-home pet care is often less stressful for pets when their people are away. If boarding is a needed service, let us know and we'll refer you to a trusted local pet boarding company.
2. Will I have the same dog walker/pet sitter for each visit?
Yes, whenever possible! While we do aim to have the same team member handle each visit, there may be times when another team member needs to step in. In these instances, we'll make sure to notify you in advance. We also ensure that a shadow visit takes place so everyone has met and is aware of the pet care needs.
3. Do you offer dog training?
While we do offer leash training with our dog walking services if requested, we do not offer formal behavioral training at this time. If you're looking for a dog trainer in the Foothills area, we will be happy to refer you.
4. What sets you apart from Rover & Wag?
Purrs & Grrrs is a professional dog walking & pet sitting company. We do not provide care as a hobby or side job. This is our full-time family owned business and our passion. We are fully licensed, insured, & bonded and all of our team members are background checked. We are trained in Pet First Aid & CPR and participate in on-going pet education workshops & training. 5. Do you care for any animals besides dogs & cats?
Yes! We care for equines (horses & donkeys), chickens, birds, rabbits, fish, reptiles, guinea pigs, & other enclosure animals. If you're wondering if we can care for your unique pet, please don't hesitate to reach out to us!
